In accordance with the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions, the following rule applies in the event of a cancellation: cancellations and changes within the indicated period are will be charged from the total amount of the booked service as follows:
More than 28 days before the date of arrival: no cancellation fee is due;
28 to 21 days before arrival: 25%;
20 to 14 days before arrival: 50%;
13 to 7 days before arrival: 80%;
Cancellation within 7 days before arrival: 90% of the booked service will be charged
We recommend that you take out “HOTELSTORNO PLUS” travel cancellation insurance with the Austrian travel insurance company Europäische Versicherung, because we charge cancellation fees (you will receive more detailed information from us when booking).
Please note that late arrivals and early departures will also be charged.
To guarantee your booking we kindly ask you for a bank deposit or to let us know the details of your credit card (incl. CVV Code); we won´t charge your credit card and the dates will be treated confidentally.
